On-Demand Yoga Classes

Flow with us as Casey instructors your class in on video! Each class is 20-30 minutes in length, and we will add more classes over time! Currently this course has 7 yoga flows.

Modifications for Each Trimester

Each yoga on-demand course includes trimester specific modifications! Some classes can be taken in all trimesters, and other will offer trimester specific variations.

Meet Casey Backus

Casey is a physical therapist and yoga teacher (E-RYT 500). She is mom to two little boys and has been practicing yoga for well over the past decade!

Casey is passionate about supporting women continuing their practice during pregnancy and into the postpartum. She has designed this course to help you as either a yoga teacher, fitness instructor, or mom continue to support your practice.
