Pelvic Stability Program

3-Week Accessory Program delivered via an E-Book. 9 total training sessions.


This program is designed to increase the strength of the movement system that support the pelvic joints.

The program is 3-weeks in length, with 3 training days per week. This program provides workouts written as list of exercises with short demo videos.


The intent of the program is to be used as an accessory to your current workout routine, or as a standalone program if you cannot exercise due to pelvic joint discomfort/pain.


Postpartum Return to Olympic Weightlifting 16-Week Program

16-Week Program with a 6-Week Return to Foundation, then 10-Week Return to Weightlifting with 64 total training sessions. Delivered via E-Book.


This program has been designed to help you reestablish your core stabilization, strength, and connection; relearn movement patterns to develop a solid foundation to build strength and power; and gradually introduce weightlifting drills and movements to support a solid return to sport.


This program has been developed after years of working exclusively with postpartum athletes, and then adding in Kristin’s expertise of working with weightlifters to help you return to weightlifting stronger and more efficient than ever. Your patience with this process will be rewarded!

Military Return to Duty 16-Week Program

Military Return to Duty Program: Improve your Army Combat Fitness Test performance with this program. This program is focused on improving: deadlift strength, endurance, speed, and pull-up/core strength so that you can meet the demands of military duty.


The 16-week program is focused on improving functional conditioning and strength! This cycle will improve your performance for the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT).


The program includes 4x strength-focused workouts + an option to add on 2x core & conditioning workouts. Core & conditioning can be added to the end of the other days or as a standalone workout.
