We'll Meet You on the Yoga Mat

Pregnancy is an incredible transition both physically, mentally, emotionally, and otherwise. Current research suggests participants of prenatal yoga experienced diminished symptoms of prenatal anxiety after just one session. While specific prenatal yoga & mobility classes can be an excellent option, many women desire to participate in their favorite drop-in yoga and fitness classes. Moms, yoga teachers, and wellness professionals alike may struggle to safely navigate yoga pose modifications and mobility work with confidence.
