Meet Casey

Casey is a physical therapist and yoga teacher (E-RYT 500). She is mom to two little boys and has been practicing yoga for well over the past decade! Casey is passionate about supporting women continuing their practice during pregnancy and into the postpartum. She has designed this course to help you as either a yoga teacher, fitness instructor, or mom continue to support your practice.
