What’s Included in Your Training Subscription

This is structured strength programming for the mom who’s done rebuilding and ready to train. You’re not getting a random workout every day. You’re getting planned training cycles that build on each other, with the flexibility to train wherever your week takes you.

6–8 Week Strength Training Cycles

Every cycle runs 6–8 weeks with a clear focus and a planned progression from start to finish. You’ll train four days per week, with each session built around the main lifts and the accessory work that supports them. Because the cycles are sequential, each one picks up where the last left off. You know exactly what you’re doing each day and why it’s there, and you can see your strength numbers move over time instead of starting over every Monday.

Gym and Low-Equipment Options for Every Workout

Every workout comes in two versions: a full-gym option and a low-equipment option. Same training intent, same weekly structure, different tools. Train at the gym when you can get there and at home when nap schedules, sick kids, or travel get in the way. You don’t lose a week of progress because your setup changed, and you never have to piece together a substitute on your own.

Three 4-Week Running Programs

The subscription also includes three standalone 4-week running programs, built for beginner, novice, and advanced runners. Pick the level that matches where you are right now, run it alongside your strength training, and move up when you’re ready. Whether you’re working toward your first continuous run or building toward a race, the running is programmed to complement your lifting so the two support each other instead of competing for recovery.
