Birth Prep Workout Program

The birth prep workout program is an on-demand program that consists of full-length workout videos that you follow as you work out at the same time! These workouts are about 15-20 minutes long, but some may be a little shorter or longer. Each workout targets a specific level of the pelvis to create more space in your pelvis as you prep for birth:

  • Inlet, Top of the Pelvis
  • Midpelvis, Middle of the Pelvis
  • Outlet, Bottom of the Pelvis
  • Pelvic Floor Workouts

These workouts are INCLUDED in our prenatal on-demand program and strength program (not in an on-demand format in the strength program). If you are planning to join either of those programs, this program would contain the same content!!

This program is for someone that wants a standalone birth prep workout program to add onto to their current workout routine.

Recommended Equipment:

  • Resistance Bands to attach to a squat rack, door frame, or sturdy structure. You need a point of attachment or place to attach bands, in order to do several of the exercises in our program, atlhough we do provide some modifications to do them without an attachment point. Here are a few recommendations:
  • Mini Bands to loop around legs for bandwork.
  • Step or stool (wooden box or stairs to step up onto)
  • Yoga Block
  • Birth Ball
  • Weights: these can either be dumbbells and/or kettlebells. You choose your weight option.
